How to Consign

Consigning Your Closet

The Evaluation Process

  • Call for an appointment: When you arrive for your appointment please come to the intake department for a rack to take to your vehicle to load. Please keep in mind that all clothes need to be clean, pressed and on hangers. While you shop, our intake department will go through your items and give you back any items that we feel we will not be able to sell for you. At that time you can determine if you want to take them with you or have us donate them for you. If you donate, we will give you the donation receipt and you can determine the value of the donation.

  • Drop and Run: This option is only available for current consignors. We created this service for those who are on the run. Bring in your items without a specified appointment time, Monday through Friday until 5 pm. We will go through them within 24 hours and have them ready to pick up the next business day. Note these items must be picked up the next business day or they are subject to donation.

Is there a fee to consign?

To open an account, there is a one-time charge of $25.00. This fee is not charged until you have an item that sells. It is then applied to your account balance, not paid out-of-pocket. Once satisfied, you will never pay this fee again.

How do you determine the price of my items?

Our pricing specialists have years of experience in the fashion consignment business and are very familiar with clothing values in the secondary market. Price will be based on style, condition, designer reputation, original price and marketability. We will not accept consignment items that we feel are overpriced and unable to sell. Consumers are smart. They know what an item is worth and when it is priced correctly, it will sell!
