Job title: Part-Time Customer Service Sale Associate

Job description:
This position will be cross-trained for MANY responsibilities throughout the store, including but not limited to- Bridal/Prom, Clothing Intake, Customer Service, Social Media, E-Commerce, and Office Assistance. This is a growing business with various opportunities to advance. This position WILL involve computer work, and working face-to-face with customers. We are looking for a team-player that can work independently, and someone that is honest, reliable, and hard-working.

Job Responsibilities:
-Generating sales of casual clothing and formal wear
-Maintaining order and neatness of sales floor, including daily cleaning responsibilities, and managing fitting rooms
-Providing EXCELLENT customer service at all times
-Entering new inventory
-Merchandising departments
-Building online inventory
-Adding to sales by helping customers to coordinate and accessorize outfits

Requirements:
-Candidate must be a self-starter
-Great communication skills
-Ability to multitask
-Ability to work under pressure
-Respectful, professional, kind attitude is REQUIRED at all times
-Detail oriented
-Customer focused
-Ability to swiftly change tasks
-Ability to physically move inventory – i.e. carts, racks, bridal gowns, etc.
-Must be able to stand on feet for most of the day
-Must be willing to work every other Saturday from 10am – 6pm, and some Thursday evenings until 8pm.

***Formal Wear experience is a plus!
**Customer Service experience a plus!!
**Phone skills and computer skills a plus!!!

Hours: Part-time (20 hours)
